Documentations Specialist

This role is responsible for creating user-friendly documentation that meets the company's writing style guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development environments and be able to collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to deliver high-quality technical documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define target audience and develop clear, concise documentation that aligns with company standards.
  • Document new features, maintain existing documentation versions, and create user guides, FAQs, and product technical overviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely document delivery and adhere to company style guidelines.
  • Gather product information from agile meetings, specifications, and discussions with subject matter experts (SMEs).
  • Participate in peer review processes to enhance documentation quality and contribute to the development of documentation processes and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with onsite trainers and stakeholders to guarantee accurate and engaging content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Familiarity with programming languages and knowledge of MSTP are required.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and Visio is a plus.
  • Self-motivated individual with analytical skills, positive attitude, and excellent English writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
