Launch and Scale Our Fintech SaaS Product

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Marketer to spearhead the launch and scaling of our fintech SaaS product in the US market.

This role is ideal for individuals with 5-8 years of experience in growth marketing, particularly in launching and scaling SaaS/fintech products in the US market.

  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies for launching our new fintech SaaS product in the US Market.
  • Drive engagement through community-led distribution channels, including social media groups, startup forums, affiliate networks, and fintech communities.
  • Establish and scale referral and affiliate programs to incentivize early adoption.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Go-to-Market & Positioning: Develop and implement GTM strategies for our fintech SaaS product in the US market.
  • Community-Led Distribution: Drive engagement campaigns in micro-communities, set up and scale referral and affiliate programs.
  • Partnership Development & AEO: Build distribution partnerships with accelerators, fintech incubators, affiliate marketers, and B2B SaaS tool ecosystems.
  • Growth Experiments: Design and run tactical growth experiments, test acquisition channels, and track conversion across activation, retention, and referral.
  • Analytics & Metrics: Own growth KPIs, present insights, and adapt tactics based on data.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in growth marketing with a proven track record in launching and scaling SaaS/fintech products, particularly in the US market.
  • Strong understanding of US market go-to-market strategies.
  • Comfort in high-ownership, resource-limited environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and storytelling skills.
