Job Overview: Design Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Coordinator to join our team. This role involves overseeing and guiding the design process across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough quality checks on design work, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements and design decisions.
  • Review, refine, and finalize material boards, ensuring consistency with design concepts, materiality, and project specifications.
  • Organize and facilitate client meetings, prepare design compilations and presentations, and ensure seamless presentation and discussion.
  • Review, refine, and finalize design presentations prepared by the team, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Arch./Diploma in Arch/B.Des.
  • Experience: 2+ year of experience in client coordination and leading meetings in Residential Projects.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of Vastu principles, design schemes, and material boards, with communication and presentation skills.
