Associate Video Producer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented video content creator to lead end-to-end video production. This role involves planning, coordinating, and supporting all video shoots on campus in alignment with the central brand and production teams.

  • The successful candidate will own the full campus content workflow from ideation, coordinating shoots with the cinematographer to managing footage, basic editing, content delivery, and syncing content with central teams.

Responsibilities include liaising with students, faculty, and the cinematographer to prepare for shoots and direct on-ground content, managing content folders, syncing footage, and handling asset handovers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in media production, video production, or related fields, with hands-on experience in organizing shoots and working with video content. Basic video editing skills and familiarity with camera operations are also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 1–3 years of experience in media production, video production, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience in organizing shoots and working with video content.
  • Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with camera operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for content creation.
