Job Title:

Infrastructure Solutions Manager

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Solutions Manager to oversee the implementation and management of tools and applications across various verticals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration of tools into existing infrastructure, configuring, installing, and maintaining tools across verticals.
  • Evaluate and select suitable tools based on client needs, incorporating monitoring, self-healing, automation framework, and more.
  • Oversee real-time monitoring of IT Infrastructure and applications using tools, generating reports on performance, incidents, SLAs, etc.
  • Maintain and enhance the use of automation tools, orchestration tools for complex workflows, and processes.
  • Leverage AI-driven analytics, predictive maintenance, and automated incident resolution to reduce manual work and tasks.
  • Continually improve service quality on tools deployed at customer environments, focusing on cost reduction.
  • Negotiate contracts and licenses with vendors, manage regular tool patches and updates.
  • Deliver training and support to internal teams and OEMs as needed.
  • Ensure security and compliance meet customer requirements.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in managing tools and applications, operations, and support.
