Junior Accountant IT/Software Job Opportunity

This Junior Accountant position involves handling daily accounting tasks including invoicing, receipts, payments, and expenses. Experience with Zoho Books is a must for managing India entity bookkeeping.

Key responsibilities include recording daily accounting entries, managing vendor invoices and payments, reconciliations, and assisting in TDS payment, Softex filing, and GST compliance under senior accountant guidance.

  • Day-to-day accounting duties such as record keeping, reporting, and analysis.
  • Manage vendor relationships, track payments, and perform reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance preferably in the IT/ITES industry.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and automated vendor payment tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
