We are seeking an exceptional Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the technology foundation for our organization.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying full-stack applications that meet the highest standards of scalability, security, and innovation.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end design, development & deployment of full stack applications.
  • Architect scalable cloud infrastructure with best practices (security, auto-scaling, compliance).
  • Develop and optimize frontend (React.js/Next.js) and backend (Node.js/Nest.js) applications.
  • Set up and manage databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL) and caching (Redis).
  • Establish coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices for the team.
  • Mentor & guide a growing team of developers (3–7 members initially).
  • Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate vision into technology.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy & security (HIPAA-ready, GDPR-friendly).
  • Drive innovation with AI/ML integrations and modular product evolution.
Required Skills
  • Full Stack Development for both web and mobile applications : 
  • React Native React.js / Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI).
  • Node.js (Express.js / Nest.js), REST APIs, GraphQL.
  • Microservices architecture design.
  • Databases:
  • MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis.
  • Schema design & optimization.
  • AWS Cloud & DevOps:
  • Proficiency in EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, Elastic Beanstalk.
  • CI/CD pipelines (Code Pipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Docker & Kubernetes (EKS).
  • Security, IAM policies, VPC design, monitoring (CloudWatch).
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
  • 3+ years in leading development teams.
  • Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Strong problem-solving & decision-making ability.
