Software Architect Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Architect to join our team. As a key member of our engineering discipline, you will be responsible for defining the software architecture of our product to meet automotive industry standards and requirements.

  • You will architect software frameworks for automotive SoC systems, considering performance, power efficiency, and safety-critical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software architecture with hardware design and automotive standards.
  • Lead the design and development of software components and modules for automotive SoC platforms.
  • Implement software solutions in compliance with industry standards such as ISO 26262.

To ensure product robustness, you will apply standards by enforcing engineering discipline solutions and supporting engineering discipline design reviews.

  • Manage the link with other engineering disciplines and call for hierarchical support if needed.
  • Capitalize on know-how by standardizing specifications, technical reports, processes, and guidelines.

You will also support engineering discipline requirement management by providing inputs and requirements for development and interfacing with customers for architecture content.

  • Contribute to refine functions into the right sub-systems (system - mechanical - software - hardware ...)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate system requirements into engineering discipline requirements.
  • Ensure the interoperability of all sub-systems.
Requirements:
  • Strong C, C++ programming skills or rapid prototyping skills in Enterprise Architect for Modeling, experience in Doors.
  • Good understanding of fundamental computer vision algorithms and approaches.
  • Excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of innovation and motivation.
  • Excellent research experience.
  • Experience with automotive software standards such as AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, and familiarity with communication protocols like CAN, Ethernet.

  • Experience in QNX/Safertos, freeRTOS.
