About this Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Coverage Associate. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Sector Coverage Team in preparing pitch books, conducting industry research and analysis, financial analysis, valuation, and more for capital markets, M&A, and private equity transactions.

  • Prepare comprehensive pitch books, conduct in-depth industry research and analysis, perform complex financial analysis, and undertake valuations etc. for Capital Markets, M&A, and Private Equity deals
  • Analyse and prepare Information Memorandum, valuations & financial models required for transactions
  • Support documentation, due diligence, presentations, and data gathering from clients
  • Respond to client queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain accurate databases on companies across respective sectors

Key Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking with a focus on the Industrials sector
  • Possession of an MBA from a prestigious institution or CA qualification
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in advanced financial modelling, valuations, and Excel
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Your Skills:

  • Investment Banking: 1-3 years of experience in the Industrials sector
  • Educational Qualification: MBA from a premier institute or CA
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and valuation techniques
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
