Tendering Specialist Position

\

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating online tender submissions. Your primary goal will be to analyze tender documents, evaluate eligibility criteria, and prepare technical and commercial bids in accordance with tender requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor relevant online portals for new tender opportunities and maintain up-to-date records of all tenders submitted.\
  • Analyze tender documents to identify key requirements and ensure compliance with all rules and regulations related to government procurement.\
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids on time, following established guidelines and procedures.\
  • Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation and certifications, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the process.\
  • Track tender status, follow up on submissions, and handle post-bid documentation accurately.\
  • Maintain detailed records of all tender submissions and outcomes, providing valuable insights for future improvements.\
  • Evaluate and improve existing processes to optimize tender submission efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality bids.\
  • Foster strong communication and coordination skills to effectively interact with clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes to remain competitive in the market.\
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in tender management, business acumen, and leadership.\

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in online tendering, specifically on the GEM Portal.\
  • Proven track record of successfully submitting tenders, demonstrating attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.\
  • Strong understanding of government procurement procedures, policies, and regulations.\
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.\
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software tools used in tender submission.\
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.\
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, adaptability, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.\
