Insurance Domain Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Domain Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business process improvements and delivering value to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze reinsurance underwriting-related business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical architecture to initiate and implement business process improvements
  • Create and manage business requirements in the product backlog, conduct feature testing, and manage user acceptance tests
  • Translate business demands into system solutions and drive successful implementations that deliver measurable business process improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in P&C Insurance, with a strong understanding of commercial lines insurance
  • Experience in policy administration systems, with knowledge of policy admin systems
  • Excellent analytical, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and provide status updates

Must have worked on Policy/Underwriting side. Candidate must have worked on any policy admin system. If yes, ask them name of the system. US Geo is Mandatory.
