Job Title: Real Estate Academic Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our academic team as a Real Estate Academic Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions in Real Estate Marketing, Sales, Investments, and Business Development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Teaching: Deliver high-quality teaching sessions in Real Estate courses, ensuring students gain a deep understanding of the subject matter.

  • Curriculum Development: Design and update curriculum reflecting industry trends, ensuring it remains relevant and effective.

  • Research and Publications: Undertake impactful research in Real Estate and related domains, publishing in reputable journals (SCI, Scopus, UGC CARE-listed).

  • Academic Leadership: Contribute to departmental development and institutional activities, playing an active role in policy-making, mentorship, and academic quality enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory Qualifications: M.Plan (Housing) / MBA in Real Estate or equivalent.

  • Desirable Qualifications: Ph.D. in a relevant field.

  • Experience: 2-3 years (in teaching or industry, focused on Real Estate or allied areas).

  • Key Skills:

    • Real Estate Sales, Marketing & Negotiations.

    • Business Development & Strategic Planning.

    • Real Estate Investments & Deal Structuring.

    • Digital Marketing, OB & HR, Operations & Supply Chain.
