Software Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Software Development Lead. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced software engineer to lead our team and drive innovation.

  • This leadership position involves overseeing the design, development, and implementation of new software features, ensuring they meet client requirements and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of new software components, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure that the code quality aligns with industry standards.
  • Drive decision-making processes, ensuring that software applications align with business objectives.
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must-Have Skills:
  • Expertise in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform: Proficiency in designing efficient data models, understanding database architecture, and optimizing performance.
  • Cloud-Based Data Analytics Platforms: A strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and data platforms, especially related to data analytics and processing.
  • Experience with Big Data Technologies: Hands-on experience with tools like Apache Spark, critical for managing large-scale data processing tasks.

Benefits:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) is required.
  • This position is based in Pune.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems is a plus.
