Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Network Services Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing managed services to clients, ensuring their IT infrastructure remains operational through proactive monitoring, incident investigation, and resolution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting: The candidate will have hands-on experience with IOS/SUP upgrades, switching & routing knowledge, and DC handling skills.
  • Hardware Level Troubleshooting: Must have sound knowledge of device hardware failure, line cards, supervisor engine, high CPU issues, stack configuration, and switch/routing troubleshooting.
  • SDWAN and Wireless Knowledge: Familiarity with SDWAN, ISE, VLAN/VTP/STP/VSS/VDC/VPC, OSPF/EIGRP/BGP/PBR/HSRP/ACL, and network devices like Cisco Catalyst and ASR1000 families.

Requirements:

  • Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
  • Certifications: CCNP or equivalent certification, with additional weightage for certifications relevant to the services provided.
  • Experience: Moderate level of relevant managed services experience and moderate-level knowledge in ticketing tools, preferably Service Now.

Workplace: On-site working arrangement.

Salary Estimate: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
