About the RoleThis role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle SBC solutions for voice, video, and messaging services. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with SIP-based service load balance and firewall knowledge of networking protocol SIP, VoIP, and RTP.
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle SBC hardware and software
- Configure SIP routing, security profiles, and call admission control policies
- Implement and manage SBC features such as NAT traversal and transcoding
- Monitor SBC health performance metrics and traffic statistics using Oracle SBC monitoring tools
- Troubleshoot related to SBC including latency, packet loss, and SIP signaling problems
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in networking domain with minimum 3+ years' experience in network engineering. Additionally, having a Voice or SDWAN certification would be an added advantage.
