High-Performance Testing Specialist

  • We are seeking a highly experienced testing professional to join our team at Datacore Technologies. As a key member of our testing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance and scalability of our software solutions.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize performance testing needs, and develop comprehensive test plans to meet those needs.
  • In this role, you will utilize your expertise in performance testing tools such as Dynatrace/AppDynamics/Grafana to analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • You will also have hands-on experience with JMeter, a popular open-source tool for load testing, and be able to write and execute complex test scripts using various protocols (API, web, etc).
  • Familiarity with mobile performance testing is a plus, as well as experience working in a Global delivery environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, and be able to lead a team of testing professionals to achieve outstanding results.
  • This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance testing strategies to ensure software scalability and reliability
  • Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations
  • Write and execute complex test scripts using JMeter and other performance testing tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize performance testing needs
  • Lead a team of testing professionals to achieve outstanding results

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in performance testing
  • Hands-on experience with JMeter and other performance testing tools
  • Familiarity with mobile performance testing and Global delivery environments
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Able to lead a team of testing professionals
