**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Managed Service clients, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement technical solutions using Oracle Cloud HCM and Fusion technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy integrations and extensions.
  • Develop and maintain complex technical specifications into workable solutions.
  • Conduct proof of concepts and present results to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 5-9 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and related technologies.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, HCM Data Loader, HCM Extract, Fast Formula & Template.
  • Experience in OIC and integration technologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of VBS and OTBI is preferred.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications:**

  • End-to-end implementation/managed support experience of oracle cloud applications.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients.
  • Experience working with clients/USA counterparts in understanding their business requirements.
  • Functional knowledge in any of the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion areas.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and transparent environment.
  • Fluency in English, strong verbal, and written communication skills.
