Senior NetSuite Finance Professional

We are seeking an accomplished financial expert with exceptional technical skills in NetSuite to lead key finance and accounting processes. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in NetSuite customization, SuiteScript, Workflows, Saved Searches, and Dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for NetSuite functionality in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, maintaining workflows, configurations, and data integrity to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Lead or participate in R2R-related projects, including implementations, migrations, process improvements, customizations, upgrades, and integrations with NetSuite's financial modules.
  • Ensure timely reconciliations, reporting, general ledger accuracy, consolidations, and intercompany accounting throughout month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, general ledger management, financial reporting, and hands-on proficiency in NetSuite customizations, SuiteScript, Workflows, Saved Searches, and Dashboards.
  • Expertise in key R2R processes, including journal entries, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, multi-currency accounting, and financial reporting.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to handle complex financial processes effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with integration tools like Celigo, or similar middleware platforms.
  • Knowledge of other financial systems (e.g., Workday, Coupa, Avalara, Salesforce) and how they integrate with NetSuite.
Financial Analysis Expertise:

The selected professional should be able to analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform business decisions. Additionally, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is essential for success in this role.
