Financial Operations Specialist

Job DescriptionThe primary objective of this role will be to focus on banking and finance operations. The ideal candidate will be a self-learner willing to take on any task and a good problem solver.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with banks for banking operations and daily cash management across various bank accounts.
- Produce daily MIS on liquidity, obtain 15CA/CB, and prepare weekly payment summaries.
- Review employee claims, manage credit cards, procure licenses, and produce monthly payment reports for accounting.
- Assist in executing financing deals, Daily Portfolio Transfers, Investor Repayments, EMI Repayments, and reconcile disbursements, repayments, net cash, and third-party contracts.
- Prepare and record journal entries using NetSuite to support a timely month-end close.
- Partner with various departments on accruals, vendor management, and contracts management.
- Communicate timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports and assist with annual external audit.
- Bachelor's/Masters in finance or related areas.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience in a similar position.
- Experience in handling banking transactions.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Driven by data and highly analytical, a good understanding of Excel preferred.
