Job Title: 3D Modeller

Role Summary:

This role focuses on creating detailed 3D models of building facades and elements using SketchUp software.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of a 3D Visualizer and report directly to a Design Engineer, contributing to client presentations, coordination models, and internal technical development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate and detailed 3D facade models using SketchUp.
  • Develop precise 3D facade components from architectural and shop drawings.
  • Assist in preparing exploded views, conceptual facade visuals, and component-level visuals.
  • Collaborate with the 3D Visualizer and Design Engineer to incorporate feedback and revisions.
  • Maintain organized model files and version tracking for each project.
  • Support client presentations and internal visual communication through updated models.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in SketchUp 3D modelling (preferably in the building or architecture industry).
  • Strong understanding of basic construction elements like curtain walls, ACP panels, glass fittings, etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Eye for detail and proportion in visual output.
  • Good communication and coordination skills to interact with internal teams.
Educational Qualification:
  • Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or Interior Design.
  • Certification in SketchUp is an added advantage.

This is a full-time office-based position located in Peenya, Bangalore. The successful candidate will work closely with a collaborative team and have opportunities to contribute to high-quality facade projects.
