Architectural Product Design Position

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Product Designer to lead the design of skylights and custom architectural structures.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing complex architectural structures, with a focus on skylights, facades, and custom products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed designs for skylights and custom architectural structures using specialized software.
  • Create accurate 2D and 3D drawings and models in AutoCAD, Rhino, Google SketchUp, SolidWorks, and other relevant design tools.
  • Collaborate with production teams to translate designs into manufacturable products.
  • Prepare cost estimates, material calculations, and quotes based on initial design drafts.
  • Revise and update designs based on client or production feedback.
  • Ensure that designs comply with industry standards and client specifications.
Required Qualifications:
  • A degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in architectural design, particularly with skylights, facades, or other complex building structures.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, Rhino, SolidWorks, and other industry-specific design tools.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material specifications, and fabrication techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
