Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced On-prem Data Architect to work closely with business and technology teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and define the overall data and solution architecture for large-scale enterprise projects.
  • Build scalable, secure, and high-performing data architectures aligned with business and technology goals.
  • Lead evaluation, selection, and integration of data platforms, tools, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into architecture blueprints.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Drive best practices for data management, storage, and integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture roles with a strong focus on on-premise environments.
  • Expertise in MS SQL and Postgres databases with advanced SQL programming skills.
  • Exposure to NoSQL databases and modern data platforms.
  • Understanding of voice/BPO solutions and software such as Avaya, Genesys (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of data security, compliance, and governance best practices.
  • Proven ability to design enterprise-scale architectures and deliver complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
