Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our finance team. The role will support financial planning, accounting, compliance, and reporting for a global e-commerce brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting & Reporting:
    • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries.
    • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Ensure accurate recording of revenues, expenses, and international transactions.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
    • Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    • Assist in preparing management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
    • Provide insights on financial performance for business decisions.
  • Compliance & Taxation:
    • Ensure compliance with tax laws and assist with filing requirements.
    • Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.
    • Coordinate with consultants on international compliance and cross-border taxation.
  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
    • Assist in monitoring cash flows, working capital, and fund requirements.
    • Handle vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and treasury activities.
    • Ensure timely settlement of domestic and international transactions.
  • Process Improvement & Systems:
    • Contribute to automation of financial processes and system improvements.
    • Maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, combined with relevant experience in accounting and finance, is preferred. Proficiency in Excel, as well as other financial software packages, is essential. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are also required.
