Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced professionals for the Sales Process of health insurance. The role involves engaging with potential customers, explaining products, and ensuring high conversion through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for health insurance sales.
  • Generate leads and convert them into policy sales.
  • Explain health insurance products features and benefits to customers clearly.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems.
  • Upsell and cross-sell health insurance products as per customer requirements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service.
  • Comply with regulatory and organizational guidelines in all sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification HSC (12th Pass).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in insurance or sales.
  • Average proficiency in Hindi with good communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation and persuasion skills.
  • Goal-driven with ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
