Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

  • Direct & Indirect Taxation: Manage GST, income tax, and other indirect taxes to ensure accurate payments and minimal disputes.
  • Labour Laws Compliance: Handle labour laws compliance, return filings, MCA filings, resolutions, assessments, and other related tasks.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely statutory compliance and support audits, reply to notices, and attend hearings.
  • Tax Planning: Provide tax planning, advisory, and risk management support to the business.
  • Commercial Tax Departments: Deal with commercial tax departments and consultants/auditors for tax audit, statutory audit, and other reviews.
  • Business Transactions: Provide tax-related advisory on business transactions, vendor/customer contracts, and new business models.
  • Tax Provisions: Prepare and review monthly and annual tax provisions and tax disclosures in financial statements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Compliance Manager, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
