Job Description\

This position is for an experienced Application Support Engineer who can provide assistance to various teams in resolving issues within critical business systems.

\

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of integration processes and methodologies, as well as experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.

\

They should also be proficient in Workday Studio and have a good understanding of system monitoring tools and performance metrics.

\Key Responsibilities\

  • Act as an Application Support Engineer to identify and resolve issues within critical business systems.\
  • Collaborate with various teams to troubleshoot and solve software-related challenges.\
  • Perform independently and work towards becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME).\
  • Actively participate and contribute in team discussions and problem-solving activities.\
  • Assist in documenting processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.\
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on system performance.\
  • Monitor system performance using relevant tools and analyze metrics to ensure smooth operations.\
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of application support processes.\
  • Proficiency in Workday Studio is mandatory.\
  • Strong understanding of integration processes and methodologies.\
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.\
  • Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance metrics.\
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Studio is required.\
  • Good experience in core integration studio is preferred.\
  • This position is based at the Pune office.\
