Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting & Outreach:
    • Research and build a pipeline of potential corporate and CSR leads, qualifying them through cold calls and email campaigns.
    • Initiate outreach by creating proposals, decks, and donor communications aligned to Schedule VII CSR areas, working closely with the content/strategy team to highlight impact stories and data.
  • Proposal Development:
    • Support in creating custom and presenting CSR proposals, decks, and donor communications, ensuring alignment with CSR goals.
    • Prepare meeting briefs, presentations, and follow-up notes for meetings with CSR heads and decision-makers.
  • Donor Engagement:
    • Arrange and attend meetings with CSR heads and decision-makers, maintaining ongoing communication with partners to strengthen relationships.
    • Ensure transparent communication and timely delivery of progress/impact reports to funders.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Coordinate corporate visits to immersive experiences and donor engagement events, assisting in organizing fundraising campaigns, workshops, and public-facing CSR events.
    • Assist in documenting donor databases, tracking outreach metrics, and reporting progress to leadership.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
    • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Social Work, Development Studies, or related fields.
    • 2–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, business development, or corporate relations (NGO/CSR sector preferred).
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with experience in cold calling and corporate pitching.
