Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Records to Report team member to join our team. As an RTR team member, you will be responsible for analyzing and processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and preparing financial reports.

  • Financial analysis from different sectors of all the variables that affect the organization's financial performance.
  • Systematic control and logging of financial transactions to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Processing of journal entries, processing financial accounting transactions into the general ledger, including collecting, recording, verifying, and reconciling financial data, and performing lease accounting activities.
  • Maintaining and updating the hierarchies in the general ledger and managing cost centers to optimize financial performance.
  • Recording and controlling physical records and financial activities related to the corporation's fixed assets for book and tax purposes.
  • Prepare financial and ad hoc reports and analyses to support business decision-making.
  • Monitoring and tracking periodic revenue and expenses to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitoring and tracking purchase orders and invoices to ensure timely payment and compliance.
  • Posting of Bank statements on a daily basis to ensure real-time financial visibility.
  • Prepare and post journal entries that include accruals, re-classifications, adjustments, payroll, and clearing entries as per agreed timelines.
  • Performing month-end close activities as per close calendar agreed with stakeholders.
  • Bank reconciliation statement preparation.
  • Preparing cash flow statement.
  • Balance sheet review and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage quarterly inter-company processes and ensure variations, if any, are within threshold limits.
  • Process addition/disposal/retirement requests received for fixed assets.
  • Prepare statutory analysis to support monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts as per client organization policies and provide variance analysis as per frequency.
