Artificial Intelligence Leader

  • We are seeking a seasoned Senior GenAi Developer with extensive experience in implementing AI/ML models within large-scale enterprise systems.
  • The ideal candidate will possess an advanced understanding of AI/ML concepts, encompassing supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, anomaly detection, and large language models.
  • They will be proficient in Python and have experience working with relevant libraries and frameworks such as Pandas, Numpy, Tensorflow, etc.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the design, development, and deployment of conversational bots is required.
  • The successful candidate will also have experience collaborating with Observability tools like Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog & Grafana.
  • A strong background in DevOps SRE is preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • • Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), Conversational AI

  • • Seamless integration of bot systems with backend systems, databases, and APIs for efficient data exchange and interactions.

  • • Proficiency in web services integration.

  • • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex, distributed environments.

  • • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

  • • Self-starter with ability to work independently.

What We're Looking For

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in design, development, and deployment of conversational bots.
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries and frameworks.
  • Experience working with Observability tools like Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog & Grafana.
  • Strong background in DevOps SRE.
