
End User Support Engineer

Key Requirements:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch assistance to our organization's end-users. The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
- The successful applicant will have strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10/11), Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- In addition, they should be familiar with ITSM/ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, ManageEngine) and possess excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals to minimize downtime and ensure smooth business operations.
- Troubleshoot complex operating system and application-related issues (Windows, MS Office, email, etc.) using technical documentation and resources.
- Install, configure, and upgrade end-user hardware and software according to IT policies and procedures.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and group policies in Active Directory while maintaining confidentiality and security.
- Support connectivity issues including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and IP telephony, escalating critical problems to the relevant teams when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements, documenting all interactions and resolutions in the ITSM tool.
- Log incidents and service requests accurately, following up to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding activities (device setup, profile configurations) to ensure seamless transitions.
- Participate in IT asset inventory, audits, and compliance reporting to maintain accurate records and adhere to organizational standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, FAQs, and user guides for common issues, ensuring accessibility and consistency.
