Job Title: Senior Visual Design Lead

We are seeking a talented and innovative Visual Design Lead to establish and evolve the complete visual language for our company across every touchpoint.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how the world sees and experiences our brand, requiring a creative force behind our visual identity.

The successful candidate will work across disciplines to ensure every pixel, frame, and printed piece reflects our innovation and expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building design's influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams
  • Advocating for design in business conversations and pushing back when the easy answer isn't the right one
  • Establishing our company as a visual leader in the enterprise AI space

Creative Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining our complete visual language system across all mediums - digital, UI, video, print, and emerging platforms
  • Designing and producing high-quality marketing materials, including pitch decks, website pages, product demos, case studies, and sales enablement content
  • Owning the creative direction for brand and thought leadership videos
  • Ensuring brand consistency across every customer touchpoint

Collaboration and Mentorship:

  • Working hand-in-hand with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams
  • Partnering with the Head of Marketing on campaign development and execution
  • Presenting design concepts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders

Mentorship Opportunities:

  • Leveling up junior designers through hands-on work
  • Leading by example in both creative execution and strategic thinking
