Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Graphic Design Team Lead to oversee the creation of production ready assets for digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Graphics Designers and Quality Assurance Specialists in producing high-quality visual content for various mediums.
  • Maintain a collaborative and innovative work environment that fosters creativity and productivity.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in graphic design, leadership, and organizational skills. They must be able to manage the production process for all print media materials, ensure timely completion of projects, and coordinate with other departments effectively.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of print media design principles and production processes, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project management methodologies.

In addition, they must possess excellent leadership and team management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6-7 years of experience in graphic design and print media, with extensive experience in creating promotional content.
  • Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
