Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Genesys Purecloud and Cisco UCM, as well as experience with network security and connectivity.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering all aspects of the Genesys Purecloud environment, including call flows, call routing, troubleshooting, number management, queues, skills, data tables, etc.
  • Prior experience with Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure, including Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection voicemail, eFax faxing solution, Cisco Voice Gateways, Cisco Voice Routers, Cisco CUBE, Expressway, and Jabber is preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science, or business administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operating, configuring, customizing, and/or maintaining Genesys Purecloud.
  • Proficiency in Cisco, Microsoft TCP/IP internetworking, switching, routing, and server infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Cisco UC network monitoring and management.
