Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital campaigns to engage teachers
  • Identify and amplify powerful stories of impact from schools & classrooms
  • Craft compelling content – posts, reels, videos, blogs, newsletters & more
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms
  • Collaborate with educators, field teams & stakeholders to drive change

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Social Work, or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital engagement
  • Strong writing, storytelling & visual communication skills (Canva/Photoshop/video editing a plus)
  • Ability to track engagement & refine strategies with an analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi & local language for effective outreach
  • Passion for education, community building & creating large-scale social impact
