Senior Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives in the Petrochemical/Plastics/Rubber industry.

The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a data-driven mindset, and a strong ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, product positioning, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals and industry trends.
  • Manage product marketing, including product launches, market positioning, and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct competitive market research to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Drive lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion through targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align marketing plans with sales objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaign ROI.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Develop content for marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and case studies.
  • Oversee brand management and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Required Skillsets:

  • Proven expertise in marketing within the Petrochemical/Plastics/Rubber industry.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and industrial product positioning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Experience in organizing product launches, trade events, and customer workshops.

Qualifications:
