• Collaborate with the founder to define and refine the sales strategy, contributing valuable insights to build a robust sales playbook.

• Shape the approach to client engagement and refine sales processes to maximize revenue growth.

3. Market Analysis and Technical Understanding:

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of procurement workflows, including technical aspects, to speak credibly about industry-specific challenges and solutions.

• Analyze market trends and gather client feedback to provide actionable insights for product enhancements and competitive positioning.

4. People Management and Networking:

• Leverage existing connections, gather relevant information about potential clients, and discover leads through referrals.

• Proactively explore opportunities with current clients to deepen relationships and identify new business prospects.

5. Target Achievement and Reporting:

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving client acquisition and revenue growth.
