**Senior Unreal Artist Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced artist to join our team in creating cutting-edge, interactive experiences using Unreal Engine.

This role combines creativity with technical precision, requiring someone who can lead projects, collaborate across disciplines, and deliver world-class results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize high-quality applications and real-time experiences in Unreal Engine.
  • Lead project development from concept to final delivery, ensuring creative vision, performance, and deadlines are met.
  • Import, integrate, and manage assets from various sources into Unreal workflows.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to create immersive, visually compelling environments.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across different hardware and platforms.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance, technical expertise, and best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and Unreal Engine advancements, integrating them into production workflows.
  • Create and maintain documentation of pipelines, technical processes, and workflows.

Primary Skills Required

  • Extensive professional experience in Unreal Engine (blueprints, materials, lighting, level design).
  • Proven ability to create and optimize real-time projects.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.

Secondary Skills

  • Strong understanding of architectural visualization workflows.
  • Familiarity with other 3D content creation tools.
  • Knowledge of rendering, shading, and PBR material workflows.
  • Experience with scripting in Unreal Engine.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional industry experience.
  • 5+ years dedicated to Unreal Engine development.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing completed Unreal projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
