Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the design process for assigned projects and/or features, ensuring a seamless user experience from concept to implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to grasp business objectives, and establish the rationale behind each design initiative
  • Work closely with engineering leads to gather technical requirements for effective design solutions
  • Conduct user research and customer discovery, and validate designs through usability testing, customer feedback and technical feasibility
  • Present design solutions live to cross-functional stakeholders, articulating the integration of each design into the larger product vision
  • Utilize Figma for prototyping and design, and contribute to the development of a design library
  • Gather ongoing insights to enhance user experiences and inform design decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, User Experience Design, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a UX Designer with a focus on product design
  • Familiarity with common design patterns and best practices
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of motivation in a remote setting within a global team
  • Flexibility in schedule to accommodate direct collaboration sessions with US-based colleagues

About the Team:

This is an individual contributor position that will work in close collaboration with a Product Manager and one or more engineering teams within the Current Technology business.
