Industrial Fabrication Specialist

We are seeking skilled Welders & Fitters for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform diverse welding techniques such as SMAW, MIG, TIG, FCAW, or SAW based on project requirements.
- Weld structural steel components including beams, columns, base plates, stiffeners, etc.
- Read and interpret welding symbols, fabrication drawings, and WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications).
- Ensure weld quality as per ASME / AWS / IS / EN standards.
- Conduct fit-up, tack welding, and final welding as per approved procedures.
- Collaborate with QA/QC team for weld inspection, NDT clearance, and rework if required.
- Maintain tools, welding machines, and work area cleanliness.
- Comply with safety protocols using personal protective equipment, fire watch, hot work permits, etc.
- ITI diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2-7 years of experience in industrial fabrication or construction.
- Valid Welding Certifications such as ASME/AWS/IS preferred.
- Ability to work from fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
- Physically fit and capable of working in confined spaces or at height.
- Knowledge of materials including CS, SS, alloy steel, etc.
