Lead Frontend Developer Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Lead Frontend Developer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our frontend applications.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Frontend Developer who can lead our frontend development efforts and drive the creation of scalable, performant, and secure frontend applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of our frontend applications using React and NextJS, with strong hands-on coding skills.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Drive code quality, best practices, and performance optimization.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers while being actively involved in development.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions for frontend applications.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with state management (Redux, Context API, etc.).
  • Expertise in building scalable, performant, and secure frontend applications.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.
  • Proven experience in leading teams while being an active coder.
