Financial Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to oversee our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex financial systems, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and driving process improvements.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure effective internal control and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Managing end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of all AP transactions.
  • Driving process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in financial management. A professional certification, such as CPA or CMA, is highly desirable.
