SAP SD/OTC professionals are in high demand to lead comprehensive implementations of SAP SD with S/4 Hana, ensuring seamless integration with other modules and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

  • Implement SAP SD and OTC with S/4 Hana, including gap analysis, business blueprint, realization, testing, go-live, and support.
  • Work with enterprise structure in SD module, assigning it with other modules, and possessing good knowledge in creation of customer master data, material master data, and customer-material info records.
  • Dealt with account group control and configuration, having a good understanding of ECC and S4 Hana.
  • Configured sales order management concepts like scheduling agreements, customer contracts, third-party sales, and consignment stock.
  • Worked with transfer of requirements, output determination, and credit management, customization of sales documents like inquiries, quotations, sales orders, and configuring on schedule lines, contracts, and maintaining copy control.
  • Extensively worked/created new pricing routines and communication strategies, with good experience in configuration of complete Order-To-Cash OTC business process with focus on areas of order management, pricing, available-to-promise ATP, delivery, credit management rebates, and billing.
  • Responsible for providing analysis and technical expertise, hands-on experience with enhancements, managing development deliverables, working closely with the development team, writing/reviewing functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive solutions for SAP SD and OTC.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  3. Provide expert advice on SAP SD and OTC configurations and integrations.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP SD and OTC best practices and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in SAP SD and OTC implementation.
  • Excellent understanding of SAP SD and OTC modules, including enterprise structure, customer master data, material master data, and customer-material info records.
  • Good knowledge of ECC and S4 Hana.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
