We are looking for an accomplished researcher to lead our team in business analysis and consulting. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in research, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve strategic goals by developing and executing proposals, participating in business development initiatives, and supporting marketing outreach efforts.
  • Develop and mentor a team of senior analysts, analysts, and associates specializing in techno-commercial research & advisory services for chemicals & materials.
  • Manage client relationships, including kickoff calls, deliverable presentations, and feedback discussions.
  • Facilitate technical, business, and analytical discussions through exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in chemical & material science or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of six years of experience in business research or consulting engagements.
  • Proven expertise in primary research, ability to train and enhance team members' research skills.
  • End-to-end management of business research or consulting projects, staying up-to-date with industry trends and challenges in the Chemicals and Natural Resources sector.
