Architectural Designer Position

Toughcons Nirman Pvt. Ltd. specializes in project management for redevelopment works and society redevelopment.

This is a full-time role for an experienced architect who will be responsible for architectural design, municipal drawings, massing, 3D renders, design & project coordination and ensuring seamless execution of construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have experience working with architects/PMC, knowledge of society redevelopment procedures, and processes, and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and massing in Sketchup.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning & designing in AutoCAD, preparing municipal drawings
  • Measurement of flat areas from BMC approved plans & redrawing in AutoCAD
  • Preparation of project reports / feasibility reports in collaboration with the architectural team/CEO/MD
  • Presentation of plans & feasibilities to Society/Clients
  • Reporting on progress of project
  • Experience in reading property documents / land records etc. required in redevelopment
  • Basic understanding of legal documents / title documents etc.
  • Preparing & finalizing project tender & BOQ

Requirements:

  • Architecture and architectural design skills
  • Project management experience
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field
  • Knowledge of construction processes and regulations

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
