We are looking for an experienced Senior Reliability Specialist to ensure the optimal operation of our systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for guaranteeing the reliability and efficiency of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated software build and deployment processes to minimize manual intervention.

  • Develop tailored CICD pipelines that meet environment needs and requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

  • Take ownership of permanent resolution of recurring issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Provide technical solutions to complex problems in collaboration with solution architects.

  • Identify system bottlenecks in terms of Operating System, Database, and network, working closely with infrastructure teams to resolve them permanently.

  • Closely collaborate with infrastructure managers and system architects to improve platform stability and robustness.

  • Understand existing change implementation processes and propose improvement ideas to enhance system reliability.

  • Improve system reliability by analyzing key parameters such as Latency, traffic, errors, and saturation.

  • Understand end-user issues and liaise with partners and stakeholders to coordinate on permanent resolution of business user pain points.

  • Study existing manual support processes and propose automated solutions to increase productivity and reduce manual efforts.

  • Review DR exercise processes and provide recommendations to minimize outage events during exercises.

  • Design monitoring systems that alert on symptoms rather than outages.

  • Review knowledge base content and guide the team on updating articles with live cases.

  • Implement measures to enhance system availability.



Requirements:

  • Expert-level experience in system reliability engineering.

  • Strong understanding of operating systems, databases, and networks.

  • Proficiency in designing and implementing automated processes.

  • Experience with CICD pipelines and version control systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
