Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a skilled Business Analyst in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns for one of the largest North American banks and their retail clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Work with multiple stakeholders and teams to understand campaign objectives, strategy, segmentation, etc.
  • Build campaigns using SAS / CI.
  • Making sure campaigns are built and launched without any errors and delays.
  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned pursuits to work with the Marketing team for campaign execution, and solutions that meet the business needs of clients.
  • Map the business requirement and execute campaigns using SAS / CI for the respective portfolio(s).
  • Work with each Service and Horizontal line (internally) to ensure campaign is executed and launched on-time & error free.

Technical Skills
  • Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of platforms, including Journey Builder, Customer Strategy, Segmentation, and Targeting.
  • Email Marketing Automation: Understanding of email marketing automation principles, including trigger-based emails, workflows, and personalization.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Segmentation and Targeting: Knowledge of segmentation and targeting strategies, including customer profiling, behavioral segmentation, and predictive analytics.

Industry Knowledge
  • Products and Services: Understanding of banking products and services, including credit cards, loans, and accounts.
  • Customer Communication: Understanding of effective customer communication strategies, including tone, language, and content.

Email Content Creation
  • Email Template Design: Ability to design and create effective email templates that engage cardholders.
  • Content Writing: Skill in writing clear, concise, and compelling email content that resonates with cardholders.
  • Personalization: Knowledge of personalization techniques, including dynamic content and variable insertion.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications: UG / PG in Statistics, Math or Computer Science.
  • Robust campaign execution / analysis experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: SQL, ability to handle tasks independently and execution, prior experience in campaign execution process.
