Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator / Account Manager to join our Bengaluru team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end campaign execution, provide post-sales support, and ensure exceptional client servicing for our Australia and New Zealand markets. You will also play a crucial role in account management, including follow-ups for timely payment collections, making you an integral part of our customer relationship lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Campaign Coordination
- Proactively call and email clients (primarily in Australia and New Zealand) to coordinate artwork submissions and campaign details.
- Manage the complete campaign lifecycle: briefing, artwork approvals, bookings, and delivery timelines.
- Serve as the main point of contact for post-sales issues, liaising with internal teams (sales, graphics, admin) to ensure timely resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with professionalism and efficiency.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries or complaints via phone, email, or chat, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Provide regular status updates and confirmations to clients until campaign completion.
- Coordinate with clients on outstanding payments, send reminders, and support prompt collections.
- Address payment-related queries, provide documentation (invoices, statements), and work with internal finance teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of payment status and client communications.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell services to existing clients.
Documentation & Reporting
- Keep detailed and accurate CRM records, including campaign status, client feedback, and financial interactions.
- Generate reports on campaign performance, customer feedback, and account status to provide actionable business insights.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Gather and share client feedback to enhance internal processes and service delivery.
- Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and best practices to improve client support and campaign outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong project and campaign management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in drafting professional emails and reports.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and collaboration tools.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Must have B2B experience in an international market.
Preferred Skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Experience in payment collections or basic account follow-up is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
