Product Design Lead

The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned product designer with 5-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically in the B2C sector. They will lead and inspire a team of designers to create innovative products that drive user engagement and satisfaction.

As a Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for managing creative sessions, fostering a learning environment, and mentoring junior designers. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Developers, and Project Managers, to ensure alignment on design goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include creating user-centered designs through research and understanding technical constraints and opportunities. Rapid development of user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes will be essential to effectively communicate design ideas for new features and projects. Staying up to date with the latest design trends, competitor products, and industry standards is also crucial to incorporate best practices into the design process.

Additional responsibilities include performing regular audits and user tests to improve and optimize existing designs, ensuring continuous improvement in user experiences. Simplifying complex processes into intuitive, simple, and elegant designs will also be a key aspect of this role.

To succeed in this position, you will need strong communication skills, exceptional time management skills, and a keen analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in prototyping, wireframing, visual design, and user research is also essential. Experience in B2C design projects is a must.
