The Role
As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth through our network of clients and partners. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers to deliver high-quality sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing new business opportunities.
- Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximum impact.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Ideal Candidate:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the real estate market and sales strategies.
- You are a team player with a collaborative approach to sales and marketing.
