About this role:

Lead and manage projects to implement security and compliance controls from planning to deployment.

We're seeking an experienced professional to design and configure SAP GRC modules, conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients, and develop data sources and business rules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement SAP GRC PC projects from planning to go-live, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Conduct client-facing sessions to understand business processes and compliance needs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Configure SAP GRC PC modules to meet client requirements, including automated monitoring and control validation.
  • Prior experience with SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control is essential.
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, Lumira, IDM is required.
  • Detailed knowledge of GRC Risk Management, Audit Management, and Fraud Management is necessary.
  • Develop data sources and business rules for SAP ECC/S/4, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Security & Compliance requires designing SoD (Segregation of Duties) rulesets, translating control framework requirements into authorization concepts.
  • Experience with IAM and RPA solutions in SAP GRC context is advantageous.
  • Testing & Deployment involves managing UAT, regression testing, cutover, and hypercare activities, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Create test scripts and validation procedures, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
  • SAP Certification is highly valued.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential.
  • Experience in governance, risk, and compliance frameworks is highly valued.
